The room is high-class and contemporary with complimentary tea and coffee. Glad to have tea and coffee making equipment, climate control, and a lounge. Its location is incredible, so close to sea, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as a cafe half a mile away which did n't open til after 8am. Kemptown district deserves your time and attention.
